Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We want you to love every curve-hugging day dress, breezy summer top, and perfectly proportioned petite skirt you order from us. But if something isn’t quite right, our straightforward returns process makes it easy.
Return Basics
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Original packaging: Please include all original packaging and packing slips
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Crop Tops (due to close body contact)
- Summer Tops (unless defective or incorrect item received)
We make exceptions for damaged or defective items – please contact us immediately if this occurs.
How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, repackage your items securely in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
We’ll provide return shipping instructions via email. Please note:
- Standard Returns: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- International Returns: Customers outside the UK may need to pay customs duties for returned items.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
