Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Exchanges are subject to availability.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about which items you’d like to return or exchange. Use our template below to make it easy:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Deals Clothifyr Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for the following item(s) from my order #[Your Order Number]: – Item Name: [e.g., Floral Day Dress] – Size: [e.g., UK 12] – Quantity: [1] – Reason: [e.g., Doesn’t fit as expected] [For exchanges only:] I would like to exchange for: – Item Name: [e.g., same dress in UK 14] – If unavailable, I would prefer: [Refund/Alternative item] Please advise next steps. Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, repackage your items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We’ll provide return shipping instructions. Please note:

  • Standard Returns: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • International Returns: Customers outside the UK may need to pay customs duties for returned items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return.
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference.
  • If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.

Important Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons:

  • Crop Tops (due to close body contact)
  • Summer Tops (unless defective or incorrect item received)
  • Any items without original tags or showing signs of wear

We make exceptions if items arrive damaged or defective – please contact us immediately if this occurs.
